[ Now. Harper is a pragmatic girl. Despite the fact that takes next to nothing to set her off on a warpath, she at least likes to think of herself as smart about it. However, rational thought takes a flying leap out her mental window when she feels the sudden presence of arms coming to circle around her. Actual arms. A jolt wriggles up her spine and she freezes. It's even as though her hair poofs in the wake of her feeling threatened, because there's no way she's believing this isn't some nefarious scheme! A furious blush races all over her at the embrace.

The evil embrace, that is.

(Okay, so maybe she's more imaginative than pragmatic sometimes, but circumstance has everything to do with it, gosh.) ]

Wh-wh-what do you mean, improve?! [ She tries to whip up, but fails. ] I think you are greatly misusing that term, here!

[The evil embrace didn't start out that way. At first it was an honest attempt for a very cold girl to get warm, it only developed into one of malicious intent after that warmth was found. Then it quickly developed into a scheme to gather up as much heat as she could for herself. Those arms tightened around Harper, unwilling to let this heat source escape.

She can feel a faint smirk on her lips when she sees how red Harper's face has gotten.]

I am not. This whole situation would be worlds better if you'd put a sock in it. Unfortunately, I'm fresh out of spare socks.

[ A more forceful embrace just means more forceful wriggling in an attempt to break free. Unfortunately, even for being in her superpowered form, it seems... uncouth, to just punch her. Rhythm may be a monster in comparison to her civilian counterpart (half of which is mad compensation for her silly, silly dress —) but she's not about to be a brute because of it. ]

Are too! [ Mature. ] We wouldn't even be in this lousy, no good, ridiculous situation if you could just keep a lid on your tendencies...

[ FOR EVIL. Her teeth, however, have stopped chattering. ]
